  • Pick-up and drop-off are available from your selected location in Dubai. As this is a shared service, pick-up and drop-off timings may be adjusted depending on the locations and schedules of other participants.
  • The tour is scheduled for 8 hours. For SIC (shared) tours, timings may be affected by traffic and delays caused by other participants’ pick-up or drop-off schedules.
  • Please avoid photographing people without their permission, particularly in more conservative areas.
  • You must follow a strict dress code while entering the mosque and palace.
  • Appropriate and modest clothing is required when visiting Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and other religious or cultural sites.
  • Men, please wear long pants and shirts covering shoulders.
  • Sleeveless shirts are not allowed.
  • Tattoos must be covered during the Mosque visit.
  • Closed on Mondays. Visitors must present a physical government-issued ID, such as an Emirates ID or passport, to gain entry. Guests without the required identification may be denied access.
  • Unfortunately, the tour is not suitable for wheelchair users.
  • Large bags and luggage are not permitted during the tour. Please bring only essential personal belongings.
  • Advance booking is required to secure your preferred date and time, subject to availability.
  • For private tours, any time beyond the included 8 hours due to additional time requested or spent at attractions will incur an additional hourly charge.
