Pick-up and drop-off are from your selected location in Dubai. As this is a shared experience, timings may be adjusted depending on the pick-up and drop-off schedules of other participants.

For shared transfers, pick-up and drop-off times may vary by approximately 30–60 minutes depending on traffic, your location and the schedules of other participants.

The experience is planned for 8 hours. For SIC (shared) tours, timings may vary due to traffic conditions and the pick-up and drop-off schedules of other participants.

SIC Booking Requirement: A minimum of 2 guests is required to book the shared transfer option.

Transfers are available from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai, including Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai Marina and nearby areas.

No refunds will be provided for services that are only partially utilised.

No heavy luggage is allowed to be carried during this activity.

The itinerary may be modified due to traffic, accidents, attraction closures or other unforeseen circumstances. Where possible, alternative arrangements or stops may be provided.

Some attractions or sites may be closed or have restricted access on specific days, weekends or due to operational circumstances. In such cases, the itinerary may be adjusted accordingly, with no compensation provided for services that cannot be visited.

Eating, drinking, and smoking in public spaces during daylight hours are restricted during this period.

Please avoid photographing people without their permission, particularly in more conservative areas.

Please dress modestly, particularly when visiting religious or cultural sites. Clothing should cover the shoulders and knees where required.

For private tours, additional charges may apply if the experience extends beyond the included 8 hours due to additional time spent at attractions or itinerary changes requested during the tour.
